| The Workshop Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Subsea workshop. This position oversees the general maintenance, shipping/receiving and provisioning of ROV equipment to support projects and operations. The role requires close collaboration with local projects and global equipment teams, suppliers, and clients. |
| Duties and responsibilities |
- Drive and maintain workshop safety, organization, and cleanliness.
- Responsible for general facility maintenance.
- Manage and perform equipment inspections, testing, certifications and general maintenance.
- Maintain workshop stores and inventories to ensure project readiness.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and forklift operations for equipment loading/unloading.
- Raise and track equipment maintenance and repairs logs and reports. Storing them correctly in IMS systems
- Ensure adherence to equipment management systems and company procedures.
- Update and maintain equipment registers and required checklists.
- Support compliance with all company policies.
- Foster effective communication with internal teams’ external stakeholders globally.
- On occasion, mobilize to projects local and internationally.
- Demonstrate resilience in high-pressure environments.
- Manage and resolve technical or operational issues calmly and effectively.

| Position Pre-requisites |
- Understanding of Observation Class ROV systems and equipment.
- Experience with offshore oil and gas project demands.
- Proven experience in workshop operations and commercial equipment maintenance.
