Job Purpose
Support the assembly and testing of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies of low complexity, while developing foundational technical skills under close supervision.
Internal: Service Workshop, Customer Services, QHSES, and Engineering teams.
Apply and develop basic skills in the use of procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
Identify different product and tooling properties.
Complete required test documentation, including test reports, failed test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), as assigned.
Clean and prepare components according to specifications and written/verbal instructions.
Assist senior Technicians with advanced activities and ensure equipment, tooling, and spare parts are prepared for assembly and testing.
Learn and follow established safety procedures and best practices.
Role is characterized as a “Learner.”
Performs tasks based on detailed instructions.
Works under daily supervision with regular guidance from senior Technicians.
High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma (minimum).
Basic knowledge and ability to use tools, equipment, and techniques.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a workshop environment.
Primarily shop-based.
Exposure to high noise levels, high-pressure equipment, chemicals, and varying weather conditions.
Must adhere strictly to all safety standards
