The Well Site Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and integrating Product Lines at the wellsite to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery. This role provides strong leadership in all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ensuring safe working practices are consistently followed by all Product Line teams and that all stakeholders at the wellsite are aligned and prepared for flawless execution of operations.
Participate in safety and operations meetings related to well operations.
Maintain accurate forecasts and planned activity schedules to anticipate resource requirements and meet well demands with optimal efficiency.
Verify that all equipment, personnel, and services meet contractual and operational requirements.
Manage proper inventory of client-owned materials and equipment—such as cement, barite, bits, and rental items—and coordinate with Product Line Operations and third-party suppliers as needed.
Serve as the primary on-site focal point for the client, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all Product Lines involved in the project.
Monitor well operational progress against the approved program, reporting any deviations or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with the client’s policies and integrated Product Line standards, in accordance with the bridging document between the client and the operator.
Manage and monitor operational communications to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure service providers have the information necessary for effective performance.
Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports in the appropriate business system.
Provide thorough handover to relief personnel at shift or assignment transitions.
Support other functional processes and Product Lines through effective handoffs at key operational interfaces.
Minimum 10 years of offshore experience in deepwater HP drilling environments.
Top Skills:
Previous Well Site Leader experience in the Gulf of Mexico.
Experience in 15K+ pressure drilling and cementing operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams toward collaborative, partnership-oriented behaviors—essential for Alliance agreement environments.

TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
