We’re partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Welder to support production welding operations in a shop environment. This role focuses on executing welding tasks safely, efficiently, and in alignment with performance, quality, and safety objectives. It’s a strong opportunity for someone early in their welding or mechanical career looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured manufacturing setting.
Operate welding tools and equipment according to standard specifications
Perform welding operations in line with production schedules and quality requirements
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications
Identify welding or equipment issues and alert appropriate teams
Follow all safety requirements, procedures, and PPE standards
Collaborate with internal teams including Maintenance, Tooling, Quality Control, Methods, and Process
Support consistent output aligned with performance, quality, and safety goals
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic mechanical skills
Ability to follow standard work instructions and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred
Up to one year of welding or hands-on manufacturing experience
Exposure to shop or production environments
Safety-focused mindset and willingness to learn
Onsite manufacturing / shop setting
Operates under general supervision
Hands-on, safety-sensitive role
Regular interaction with cross-functional production and support teams
