Ability to read and interpret routine instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to drive forklift and obtain certification. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Role Summary:
To work on shift within manufacturing operational environment which specialises in assembling and testing flexible oil pipes.
Key Activities:
To Ensure any tooling/equipment used on shop floor is returned to required location once finished with
To carry out duties in-line with required company 5S standards (visual display/tidiness)
To carry any duties requested by on shift supervisor/ lead operator to support assembly and testing operations
To carry out duties in-line with HSE regulations
To follow SOIs and Risk Assessments
Essential responsibilities:
Follow HSE regulations whilst on-site
Ensure all tooling is returned to dedicated storage locations when finished on operations
Completed any requests from stores/warehouse for items when required and deliver to shop floor
Desired characteristics:
Experience in manufacturing
Forklift Trucks
Lifting/Slinging
Crane Operations
Hand Power Tools
Understanding of Assembly drawings/Following instructions
HSE foundations
5S/Lean
Quality Management Systems
