Tool Assistant
(6 months Contract to Hire)
Schedule : Day shift – 7:45 am to 5:00 pm | Rotational – 14 days on, 7 days off (Monday – Sunday)
Top skills / experience (highly preferred):
- Must be honest, reliable, and dependable
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus
- 1–2 years of experience working with tools (tearing down, cleaning, rebuilding)
- 2–5 years of experience working in a manufacturing shop or warehouse environment
- 2–5 years of experience with manual labor
- Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude in previous roles
- Must be computer literate and tech savvy
- Punctuality is very important – candidate must show up to work on time every day (ensure they are vetted on past attendance issues)

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customer field representatives to coordinate and execute cyclops setting tool pickup and delivery to field locations
- Wash, tear down, and rebuild cyclops setting tools per applicable work instructions under supervision
- Report all steps of the cyclops recycling program through
- Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available and properly maintained
- Assist with delivery and pickup of tools as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with honesty and integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Downhole tool experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or shop environment is a plus
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with basic hand tools
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
