Job Title: Storekeeper
Job Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for executing all product and material handling activities within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing inventory items, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying items against supplier packing lists and purchase orders. Report any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all received items are in acceptable condition and properly labeled.
- Fulfill material requests from the Division accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and issue outgoing inventory with complete and correct documentation.
- Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Perform inventory tasks including cycle counting, physical counts, and disposal of obsolete items.
- Support kitting, Kanban replenishment, and other materials management initiatives as directed by the Supervisor.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and warehouse-related issues.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment upon completion of required training and certification.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, including personnel and QHSE standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Cleanliness and organization of warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Accuracy and timeliness of inventory transactions.
- Compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Responsiveness to discrepancies and inventory issues.
