• Shift: 1st Shift (0800–1630 / 12-hour shifts)

• Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Position Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for executing product and material handling and movement within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and accept incoming shipments against supplier packing lists, ensuring items are received in satisfactory condition and matching purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly.

• Complete material fulfillment upon Division request and ensure outgoing inventory items are suitably packed with complete documentation.

• Perform inspecting, labeling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal, and cycle counting of inventory items.

• Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency and safety.

• Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.

• Support periodic physical counts and investigate/resolve local inventory issues as directed by the Supervisor.

• Perform tasks associated with Kitting, Kanban point-of-use replenishment, and materials management initiatives.

• Operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment upon completion of training and certification.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Must not be afraid of heights; comfortable working outside in the elements with the potential for getting dirty.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience, including forklift operation (Sit-Down and/or 3-Way Narrow Aisle).

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, good attendance, and a positive "want-to" attitude.

• Preferred Skills: SAP experience, inventory control, and swing reach experience.

• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, including personnel and QHSE standards.
