a growing organization in Houston that is seeking an experienced Senior Land Technician to join their team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with a strong background in oil & gas land administration and mineral management. You'll play a key role in resolving complex ownership matters, managing mineral portfolios, and working directly with clients.

Key Qualifications:
? 10+ years of experience in oil & gas land administration, mineral management, or a related field preferred
? Extensive knowledge of mineral ownership, title research, division orders, leases, and royalty administration
? Experience resolving ownership discrepancies and payment issues
? Ability to manage multiple client relationships and mineral portfolios simultaneously
? Strong proficiency in Excel and industry software such as Enverus, iLandman, MineralWare, or similar platforms
? Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* Marcellus shale would be a ++ but not a must ?
