This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing targeted sales campaigns. The position serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, accurately communicated, and effectively addressed throughout the sales cycle.

Opportunity & Pipeline Management
Identify, capture, and qualify leads, converting them into viable sales opportunities
Develop opportunity assessments and customer engagement strategies
Prioritize opportunities to maximize revenue and strategic impact
Plan and execute cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
Collect market activity and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
Gather and analyze unit-level intelligence to support sales decisions
Tender & Proposal Management
Develop tender and proposal strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct headquarters-level reviews of key tender and proposal components
Determine bid/no-bid and overall proposal disposition
Review and manage tender and proposal clarifications
Sales Execution & Quoting
Prepare and negotiate sales quotes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Determine sales quote disposition and approval path
Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the quoting process
Contract Management & Administration
Prepare contract amendments, renewals, suspensions, and early terminations
Support contract lifecycle management activities as required
Event & Issue Management
Investigate commercial or contractual events impacting customers or contracts
Validate event investigations and ensure appropriate follow-up actions
