Manufacturing Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams

  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues related to elastomer manufacturing

  • Define, validate, and optimize process parameters for new and existing products to ensure stability, repeatability, and compliance

  • Support tooling design, tooling trials, and qualification activities for elastomer components

Equipment & Technology

  • Specify, validate, and maintain elastomer processing equipment such as:

    • Mixers

    • Extruders

    • Molding presses

    • Curing ovens

    • Inspection and testing tools

  • Lead or support capital equipment projects including justification, procurement, installation, and validation
