Rotating Equipment Engineer (Operations Support)

Provide engineering support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of rotating equipment across onshore and offshore assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve reliability of rotating equipment (turbines, compressors, pumps).
• Manage maintenance plans, records, and spare parts using SAP.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance for cost effective, safe delivery.
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and failure investigations.
• Approve maintenance deferrals, procedural changes, and critical document updates (e.g. P&IDs).
• Support incident investigations and risk management activities.

• Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Significant oil & gas experience in similar rotating equipment roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of turbines, compressors, pumps, and associated systems.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organisational skills.
• Valid BOSIET certificate (or willingness to obtain).
