The Resource Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to Resource Coordinators across Assets, Materials & Supplies (M&S), and/or Products. This role supports resource planning and execution by tracking job schedules, coordinating equipment movements, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with inventory and logistics activities. The Resource Assistant plays a key role in ensuring materials and equipment are available to meet operational demands while supporting efficient inventory management.
Track job start and end dates within planning systems of record (e.g., FDP, IBP) to support scheduling and mobilization between rigs and service delivery locations.
Support data entry into business systems and initiate required communications and notifications to relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with Resource Coordinators and cross-functional teams to facilitate equipment movements and monitor lead times.
Perform administrative and transactional tasks related to assets, products, materials, rentals, and transportation, including entries into applicable systems (e.g., iBase requests, LCT, FLM, ESM, CMMS).
Maintain and manage permits, transportation of dangerous goods documentation, and insurance paperwork.
Support Resource Coordinators with asset-related activities and fixed asset reconciliation tasks.
Conduct inventory of warehouse equipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
Manage logistics activities, including coordination of transportation.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) as required.
Comply with all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently; items exceeding 50 lbs require team or mechanical lifting assistance.
Ability to perform warehouse and field-based tasks as required.
Previous forklift experience preferred; certification required (training and certification can be provided if needed).
Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
Basic computer and office experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Rotational Schedule: 14-day rotation
7 days on night shift
7 days on day shift
Followed by 6–7 days off
