Job Title: TLM Quality Technician
2nd Shift
Position Summary:
The TLM Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring that all equipment is delivered on time and meets operational and quality standards. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability, maximizing asset utilization and efficiency, and reducing the Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineers in preparing equipment for upcoming jobs.
Execute assigned work orders (WOs), primarily involving non-invasive maintenance tasks and final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
Verify that equipment certifications and calibrations are current and valid.
Perform or assist with final function testing activities, which may include:
Calibration
Inspection
Certification and verification tasks
Operational Combination Checks for Wireline tools
Pressure testing
Metrological inspections
Complete assigned work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with standard procedures.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to:
Calibrations
Function tests
Material certifications
Equipment inspections
Third-party quality inspections, if applicable
Prepare and stage equipment and critical spare parts for shipment to designated locations or loading zones.
Load equipment onto transport vehicles when base planning support or an Equipment Readiness Operator/Technician is unavailable.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in initiatives to enhance equipment readiness, reduce CoSD, and increase asset utilization.
Ensure compliance with Product Line Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards and the company’s Competency Management System.
