Quality Inspector (Night Shift)

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (rotating nights)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections on equipment and components

• Verify parts meet quality specifications; identify and document defects

• Approve or reject items based on standards

• Complete inspection reports and required documentation accurately

• Identify recurring quality issues and suggest improvements

• Maintain company safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of ESP experience required

• Manufacturing and/or quality experience preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills (English required)

• Immigration sponsorship not available

Physical & Work Environment:

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and manual dexterity

• Work in indoor/outdoor environments, including heat and exposure to industrial conditions

• Safety-sensitive role (may require drug testing)
