We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a 600-ton hydraulic press brake to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to precise specifications. This position requires strong press brake experience, the ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and CAD drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate and set up a 600-ton hydraulic press brake for production runs.
Interpret and work from manufacturing prints, CAD drawings, and specifications.
Select and install proper tooling and adjust machine settings for each job.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment or quality issues.
Required:
Proven experience operating a press brake (hydraulic preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Preferred:
Experience with large tonnage press brakes.
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and tooling.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Working in a manufacturing/fabrication environment with exposure to machinery and noise.
