Job Title: Operator

Job Summary

The Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports field and maintenance operations by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment in accordance with established standards while actively contributing to continuous improvement and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

• Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings with crew members to support safe and efficient operations.

• Maintain equipment in good working order according to operational standards and report any issues, deviations, or maintenance needs.

• Promote and ensure individual and crew safety at all times.

• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.

• Operate equipment in accordance with competency level, job requirements, and standard operating procedures.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all HSE policies and procedures.

• Maintain all required safety training and certifications.
