Job Details

Mill Operator is responsible for utilizing crushing, grinding, conveying, packaging, testing and shipping equipment to expedite transformation of crude materials such as barite and bentonite into finished products. The Minerals Mill Worker operates mobile equipment, monitors production and processing, and performs required maintenance and troubleshooting in the mill or plant environment. * Operate equipment in a safe, efficient and compliant manner. Report deviations to mill or plant management. * Maintain a safe, clean, environmentally sound work area. * Communicate with coworkers and management. * Ensure equipment is maintained in optimal condition using preventative maintenance systems. * Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
