Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Drilling Fluids Specialist to provide onsite technical services related to fluid testing, measurement, and supervision of fluid pumping and mixing operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers while maintaining high standards of HSE and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Test, measure, and supervise the operation of drilling and completion fluids at the wellsite
Provide technical analysis and recommendations to control and optimize fluid properties
Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement standard work procedures
Conduct job risk analyses and participate in continual improvement programs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Participate in Service Quality Meetings and HSE initiatives
Follow all PPE and safety protocols
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience handling and working with ZnBr?/CaBr?, CaBr?, or other non-standard completion fluids
Open hole gravel pack experience is a plus
