Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 11 days on / 3 days off

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Inventory Material Handler I to support shop and production operations by managing the movement, receipt, and organization of materials and equipment.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment, critical to ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time to support operations.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling & Inventory Support

• Pull parts for production and shop use
• Receive incoming parts and equipment
• Move materials and equipment to appropriate locations within the shop
• Ensure accurate tracking and organization of inventory

Operational Support

• Support shop operations by maintaining material flow
• Assist with inventory control and stock organization
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams

Safety & Efficiency

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Support efficient workflow and minimize downtime by ensuring materials are available

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days or nights)
• Ability to work 11 days on / 3 days off schedule
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, material handling, or shop environment
• Forklift experience or certification (a plus)
• Experience with inventory systems (a plus)
