Material Coordinator I

Job Details

• Support daily warehouse operations including material handling and inventory movement

• Ensure accurate storage, tracking, and movement of materials and products

• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging of goods

• Maintain inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and tracking systems

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and clean-up activities

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s degree (2-year) preferred

• 0–1 year of experience in warehouse or operations environment (preferred but not required)

• Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes is a plus

• Experience using handheld scanners is a plus

• Forklift / lift truck certification is a plus (can be trained)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift

• Working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures)
