Overview:
A JAB Recruitment client is seeking for a temp to hire Fiberglass Mandrel Operator in Grand Bay, AL. 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Utilize safe work habits
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Operate and utilize power tools as needed.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Repetitive movements include shoveling, sweeping, fastening, standing, walking, etc. for up to 12 hours daily.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour Day Shift.
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of verifiable work experience is preferred.
- Experience with drills, grinders, and other various power tools is required.
- Experience with fiberglass is preferred.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour day shift.
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required.
