Job Description
Setup and operate CNC Lathes on the 2nd shift (3:15pm - 11:45pm) - Large CNC Turning 24" chuck & 80" table


Responsibilities

• Setup, and operate CNC Lathe, operate and oversee CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary, using vernier, calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Change tooling as needed.
• Adhere to HSSE safety policies.
• Cleanup as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation, knowledge of Fanuc controls is an asset, knowledge of Mastercam is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
