Job Description
Setup and operate CNC Lathes on the 2nd shift (3:15pm - 11:45pm)
Responsibilities
- Setup, and operate CNC Lathe, operate and oversee CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary, using vernier, calipers, micrometers and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Change tooling as needed.
- Adhere to HSSE safety policies.
- Cleanup as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation, knowledge of Fanuc controls is an asset, knowledge of Mastercam is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
