IT ERP Analyst II (Oracle Fusion)

12-Month Contract (Opportunity for conversion to full-time based on performance, business need, and approvals)
A leading energy infrastructure organization is seeking an IT ERP Analyst II to support and enhance its Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will work across production, test, and development systems and will support ERP modules, third-party applications, and web-based solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Oracle Fusion, SQL, and APEX development, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions.
Provide technical support and configuration for Oracle Fusion ERP modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
Support and enhance integrations, applications, and ERP environments across production, test, and development systems.
Develop and maintain custom applications using Oracle APEX and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Troubleshoot complex ERP system issues and implement effective resolutions.
Lead or support ERP enhancement and implementation projects.
Document system workflows, process flows, and technical procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and business processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years supporting Oracle ERP environments (Oracle Fusion strongly preferred; EBS experience considered).
5+ years of SQL experience (Oracle and/or MS SQL).
2+ years of Oracle APEX development experience; OIC experience preferred.
Experience supporting ERP system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
Oracle HCM module exposure.
Experience with Vertex, Talend (7.3/8), or Oracle EDM/EPM tools (ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS).
Experience working through the full software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
