The Opportunity
We are seeking an HR Representative to support employees and managers across a variety of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
This role serves as the first point of contact for employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, and processes while supporting overall business operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related inquiries
- Provide support on employee relations topics including motivation, engagement, and job satisfaction
- Conduct employee meetings on policies, benefits, and compensation
- Maintain strong, visible presence to support employees through regular interaction
HR Business Support
- Partner with managers to interpret and apply HR policies and programs
- Support performance management processes including:
- Performance appraisals
- Career development and succession planning
- Compensation and promotion discussions
- Identify high-performing employees and support reward and recognition initiatives
Recruitment & Training
- Coordinate recruitment activities including screening resumes and interviewing candidates
- Support onboarding and internal training initiatives
- Assist with career development and training programs
Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Assist in organizing team-building and community events
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee motivation and HR effectiveness
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and HR process administration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but flexible)
- Experience with Workday (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI (a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
