Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hybrid (On-site Monday–Wednesday, Work from Home Thursday–Friday)
Contract: 3 months
Target Start: November 2, 2026

About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a busy HR Operations team with employee records management and document administration.
This role will focus on reviewing, organizing, indexing, and maintaining confidential employee documentation within an electronic HR records system. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and able to manage repetitive, detail-sensitive work while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, organize, categorize, and accurately file employee records within an electronic HR file system.
- Index and maintain employee documentation according to established recordkeeping standards.
- Review files for completeness, accuracy, duplicates, and missing information.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies or documentation issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
- Help reduce existing document filing backlogs and improve records management efficiency.
- Support day-to-day HR Operations activities as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, records management, administrative support, document management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience working with electronic document management systems.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately process and manage large volumes of documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
