Job Purpose
Provide general shop support and assistance with mechanical, warehouse, and housekeeping tasks in line with established procedures.

Main Accountabilities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.

• Support the delivery and staging of materials, equipment, and supplies to meet project needs.

• Prepare and deploy inventoried tool trailers for operational teams.

• Assist with warehouse inventory control, including tracking, counting, and categorizing parts.

• Carry out stockroom duties to ensure accuracy and organization.

• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment through general housekeeping tasks (e.g., trash removal, sweeping, snow removal).

• Executes routine shop support tasks under close supervision.

• Entry-level role with opportunities to develop hands-on skills.

Typical Profile / Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum).

• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.

• Entry-level training (up to 3 months) considered sufficient.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
