The WS Field Specialist – WIT is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role plays a key part in executing field operations, maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The Field Specialist identifies opportunities to enhance service quality, implements standard work practices, and manages operational risk while representing the company professionally at customer locations.
Execute service delivery in accordance with operational programs and customer requirements.
Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Participate in job risk analyses, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
Support continual improvement efforts by contributing to lessons learned and action plans.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote company products and services.
Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards through regular inspections, audits, and self-assessments.
Take part in Service Quality Meetings to review performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Participate actively in HSE and Quality programs, ensuring adherence to all safety standards.
Consistently wear required PPE and maintain up-to-date safety training certifications.
Strong understanding of oilfield operations and wellsite processes.
Proven ability to deliver safe and efficient field services under varying conditions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety, service quality, and continuous improvement.
High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade certifications preferred.
Must meet company safety and compliance training requirements.
Willingness to work in field environments and travel as needed.
