Field Service Engineer

I’m currently recruiting for Field Service Engineers for one of our clients and I’m keen to speak with field engineers who are looking for staff roles based around the Kent, South England area.

This is a home-based position supporting customers across the UK, delivering calibration, commissioning, and repair services for process weighing and measurement systems.

Role overview:
• Calibrating, commissioning, and fault-finding on process weighing systems using F1/M1 test weights, stamped flow meters, and force calibration rigs
• Installing and commissioning belt weighers and boiler leak detection systems
• Carrying out calibration of temperature, pressure, pH, conductivity, and magnet strength instruments
• Completing service reports and calibration certificates on-site
• Supporting workshop repairs, assembly, and testing when required
• UK-wide travel with occasional overnight stays and weekend cover (approx. 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Key experience sought:
• ONC or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (HNC preferred)
• Time-served engineer or strong hands-on field experience
• Background in servicing and calibrating process weighing or measurement equipment
• Confident fault-finding and use of electrical diagnostic tools
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Full UK driving licence
