Facilities Maintenance Technician will report to Facilities Manager working in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager. This is a general list of duties that are variable on a daily basis. When there seems to be no Facility work orders pending, the Technician can and will be used for other maintenance duties.
• Parking lot
• Landscaping & Grounds Maint. contracting
• Janitorial Contracting
• Fire Alarm Testing – Office
• Annual Fire System Testing coordination
• Annual insurance inspection (FM Global) ( Maintenance Super and Facilities Maint. combined)
• Fire Chief Inspection ( HSE Mgr., Maintenance Super and Facilities Maint. combined)
• EPACS system – Equipment up keep (access control is still under HSE Mgr. responsibility)
• Office furniture Upkeep requests
• Office Elevator inspections / maint.
• Roof
• Plumbing - Facilities
• Floor/Concrete
• BLDG infrastructure (i.e. columns, siding, floor, etc.) Exterior Painting
• Fire System Testing
• Banbury (i.e. elevator and lift equipment)
• Facility Lighting
• General facility electrical including conduit and running wires
