We’re partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Machine Operator to support the production and repair of small to medium-sized components. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, organizing daily work to meet production timelines, and ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with quality and HSE standards.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in workmanship, organization, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Operate machinery to manufacture and repair small to medium-sized components
Organize daily work to ensure timely and orderly completion of production tasks
Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure proper working condition
Perform required functions to support production and repair operations
Participate in action plans for new projects and changing production demands
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Complete and maintain all required training and certifications

Ability to safely and efficiently operate production equipment
Proficient use of hand tools and shop equipment
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and safety

Technical Skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, and internal systems)
Ability to use measuring tools accurately
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a shop or manufacturing environment
Onsite manufacturing / shop environment
Hands-on, safety-sensitive role
Adherence to 5S standards for work area and equipment
Regular interaction with supervisors and production teams
