The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate, high-quality job results safely and on schedule.
Participate actively in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings with the crew.
Prepare, rig up, and rig down equipment as required for each operation.
Operate assigned equipment in alignment with competency level and job specifications.
Maintain all equipment in proper, safe working condition; promptly report any issues or deviations.
Ensure personal and crew compliance with all safety and HSE standards.
Consistently wear required PPE and follow all safety policies.
Complete and maintain current safety and technical training certifications.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
