Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, high-quality job results safely and on schedule.

• Participate actively in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings with the crew.

• Prepare, rig up, and rig down equipment as required for each operation.

• Operate assigned equipment in alignment with competency level and job specifications.

• Maintain all equipment in proper, safe working condition; promptly report any issues or deviations.

• Ensure personal and crew compliance with all safety and HSE standards.

• Consistently wear required PPE and follow all safety policies.

• Complete and maintain current safety and technical training certifications.

• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
