The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports field and maintenance operations by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
Maintain equipment in safe, proper working condition in accordance with operational standards; report any issues or deviations promptly.
Promote and ensure individual and crew safety at all times.
Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.
Operate equipment in accordance with assigned competency level and job requirements.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Maintain all required safety training and certifications.
Current Class A CDL or Class A CDL Learner’s Permit preferred.
Prior experience operating equipment in field, industrial, or oilfield environments preferred.
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures and standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a hands-on field environment.
Willingness to participate in required training and safety programs.
