Job Title: Equipment Operator
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: 15 days on / 6 days off
Hours: Long shifts ranging from 10 to 18 hours per day
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Equipment Operator to support field operations by delivering high-quality services and maintaining equipment readiness. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient and timely service delivery while upholding the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, reliable, and efficient service to customers in the field.
Participate in pre-job briefings and daily toolbox meetings.
Prepare equipment for mobilization, rig up, rig down, and operation.
Operate assigned equipment within the scope of training and job requirements.
Maintain equipment in accordance with company standards and promptly report any issues or deviations.
Ensure both personal and crew safety at all times by adhering to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies.
Wear proper PPE and complete all required safety training.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in equipment operation preferred.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Willingness to work long hours in a physically demanding environment.
Ability to follow instructions and operate equipment according to established procedures.
