MI Fluids Plant Operator

Position Summary
The MI Fluids Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports consistent, high-quality operations by managing bulk plant facilities, preparing and delivering blended products to wellsites, and maintaining strict quality control standards. The Operator actively identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, applies standard work processes, manages operational risk, and ensures full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. This position also supports the training and development of other Operators and trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule

• Blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs and delivery timelines

• Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and product integrity

• Coordinate the movement of bulk materials with PSD and Logistics teams to support wellsite operations

• Assist with daily documentation and monthly inventory counts for materials received and shipped

• Label, store, and handle additives safely, ensuring proper disposal of empty drums and containers

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of bulk plant equipment, keeping the facility clean and organized

• Participate in job risk analysis, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Wear required PPE and strictly adhere to all HSE policies and procedures
