We’re partnering with a leading oilfield services organization to hire a WEC Specialist – DMHV DD to support safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers across U.S. land operations. This role is critical to execution quality, risk management, and continuous improvement within directional drilling operations.
This position is well-suited for an experienced directional driller who values teamwork, safety, and performance, with interest in cross-training into MWD.
Execute directional drilling service delivery with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Implement standard work practices to improve service delivery performance
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT processes, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
Participate in Service Quality Meetings and support performance improvement action plans
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote products and services
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
Wear required PPE and comply with all HSE policies and procedures
Maintain all required safety and technical training
Required
3–5 years of relevant directional drilling experience
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others in the field
Willingness to cross-train in MWD
Strong focus on safety, service quality, and operational execution
Nice to Have
Motor skills experience
MWD experience or familiarity with sliding
High school diploma or GED required
