Customer Service Representative

• LOCATION: Rosharon, TX 77583 (Hybrid) - 3 days onsite
• 12-Month Contract

 

A leading manufacturing organization serving the energy industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Rosharon, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, order management, and SAP experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
• Process customer orders and support sales order entry.
• Track open orders and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate delivery and invoicing records.
• Resolve customer issues and document resolutions within internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within SAP and other ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.

 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment.
• Experience using SAP (required).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

 

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
• Experience coordinating shipments, production schedules, or customer orders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
