Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Cook / Steward for an upcoming marine assignment in Guam. Candidates should have previous experience preparing meals and managing galley operations aboard commercial or offshore vessels while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Food Handler Endorsement – Required

• Medical First Aid – Preferred

Required Experience & Responsibilities

• Previous experience serving as a Cook, Steward, or in a comparable marine catering role

• Prepare and serve daily meals for vessel personnel

• Plan menus and accommodate dietary requirements when necessary

• Maintain proper food storage, handling, and sanitation procedures

• Manage galley inventory, provisions, and supply requirements

• Maintain cleanliness of the galley, dining areas, and associated facilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and vessel hygiene standards

• Assist with general stewarding and housekeeping duties as required
