Overview:

Ensure the integrity and timeliness in reporting Company’s financial and management results in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting pronouncements as well as local and Group Accounting Policies. Adherence to the Company’s Internal Control Framework and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

•  Responsible for accounting tax holdings reporting, including comprehension of the complex tax transactions, liaison with the tax team and reporting to US Top Management
• Consolidate Funding entities into the US GAAP financial statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for the US Holding Companies in compliance with IFRS.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. 
• Coordinate, review, and distribute monthly management reports for US Holdings
• Provide technical accounting support
• Prepare technical accounting memos when needed to support accounting treatment under IFRS
• Lead liaison to the external audit team for the management and coordination of the quarterly financial audit. This includes resolution of problems as they arise and development of the Company’s “best practice” procedures.
• Prepare lead schedules (PBCs) to support quarterly and annual IFRS financial audit reviews by the external audit team
• Complete Ad Hoc requests and other projects throughout the year as needed

Minimum requirements:

• BBA Degree in Accounting
• 5 to 10 years of Accounting Experience
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Strong written, oral, and analytical skills
