We’re partnering with a well-established industrial services organization to hire a Maintenance Associate to support equipment reliability, maintenance execution, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their maintenance or mechanical career who wants strong training, stability, and long-term growth.
You’ll work under the guidance of experienced Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors while gaining exposure to industrial maintenance programs, safety-critical environments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform assigned maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintenance Program
Support on-time equipment availability aligned with operational demand
Assist Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors with higher-level maintenance tasks
Accurately document maintenance activities in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems
Adhere to company and division maintenance standards and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost, and asset reliability
Maintain and build technical competency through structured training programs
Follow all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements
Required
High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and techniques
Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established procedures
Basic computer skills for documentation and system entry
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Professional communication with supervisors and coworkers
Preferred
Two-year technical degree
1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, or industrial shop experience
Exposure to bulk plant operations, material handling, or industrial equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Safety-focused mindset in a safety-sensitive environment
