Job Title: Bulk Plant Operator

The Bulk Plant Operator plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to customers. This position is responsible for managing bulk plant operations, maintaining high standards of quality control, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Operator identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery, implements standard work practices, and actively manages risk throughout the process. They also assist in training new Operators and trainees, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and governmental regulations, while minimizing environmental impact through adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Blend and mix bulk products for timely delivery to wellsites, following job program specifications.
• Verify and calculate required material blend quantities prior to loading.
• Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and handling.
• Coordinate the movement of bulk products with the PSD and Logistics teams.
• Support monthly inventory counts and complete daily documentation for goods received and shipped.
• Safely label, store, and dispose of additives, empty drums, and pails.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain cleanliness of the bulk plant.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consistently wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies and procedures.
