Schedule & Hours: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (10-hour shifts; daily overtime and weekend work required)

Level I: $18 – $21 per hour

Job Description & Summary
-
Overview: Responsible for the assembly of finished products, components, or sub-assemblies of oil and gas valves and chemical injection pumps under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities (Level I): Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, schematics, and Bills of Material (BOM); assemble products using hand and power tools; set up pneumatic and hydrostatic test equipment; inspect and document materials and heat numbers.

Key Responsibilities (Level II): Orient, train, and check the work of less experienced assemblers; execute shift performance tracking using GEMBA boards; complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and ERP/Oracle transactions; perform quality and process audits.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: At least 3 years of related manufacturing assembly and testing experience (relief valves, chemical injection pumps, control/dump/check valves, butterfly valves, or liquid level controllers/switches).

Systems: Experience with ERP systems (Level II requires proficiency in Oracle and Windchill).

Environment: Climate-controlled warehouse, standing workstation, and strenuous work required. Proper PPE (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and company-provided uniforms) must be worn at all times.
