We are seeking an Artificial Lift Assembly Technician to support the assembly, testing, repair, and maintenance of artificial lift products. This is a hands-on role working under close supervision within a manufacturing or repair environment.
The position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions in a structured production setting.
Assemble and test Artificial Lift products under supervision
Review work orders and acquire parts for new product assembly
Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Document test procedures, data, observations, and results
Identify root causes of issues and perform accurate, efficient repairs
Test parts and assemblies to ensure functionality
Assist in product repair and maintenance efforts to improve reliability
Follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and repair manuals
Incorporate Reliability, HSE, and Quality analysis techniques in daily tasks
Adhere to all safety procedures related to equipment handling
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Understanding of mechanical functions and assembly sequences
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
Steady hand-eye coordination and ability to perform fine-detail work
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Experience with precise measurements and component placement
Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose and resolve issues
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with supervisors and engineers
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently once trained
High school diploma required
At least 2 years of related assembly or mechanical experience preferred
Certifications in mechanical, electrical, or technical trades are a plus
Hands-on manufacturing / repair environment
Requires repetition, troubleshooting, and precision work
Safety-focused, structured production setting
