This position is for an SAP Supply Chain data conversion specialist. This candidate will work on migrating org structure into leasing entity, and provide system solution on inter company process based on this new SAP entity.
This resource will have SAP LSMW, BDC and other conversations skills and will be an expert in these tools in order to migrate data from an existing company code / plants to new ones. The resource will be responsible for conversion of master data like material extensions, info record, sources lists, EDI set up for inter-company and must possess the skills to trouble shoot conversion data issues and resolve the issue and confirm 100% data is loaded correctly. Must have experience in loading inventory balances. Either via formal training or on the job development the candidate has accumulated over 7 years of functional configuration and business process experience in SAP Materials Management. Candidate must have experience implementing SAP Supply Chain application and processes also supporting conversion activities. Candidate has gained a high level of understanding on the integration of SAP Materials Management to the other modules such as Finance, and Sales and Distribution. Position is considered an authority on the technologies, applications, and work processes related to SAP Supply Chain Conversion. This position is for a data conversion specialist.

With general autonomy and within a multi-cultural environment, directs work of Business Analysts as liaisons between business stakeholders and technical professionals to translate business requirements into system and/or process designs. Primary responsibilities of a Business Analyst Lead are to oversee multiple initiatives to design business information systems and incorporate new technical systems to improve company efficiency and effectiveness. Drawing on multiple years of experience operating as a Business Analyst and knowledge of multiple business processes, position is responsible for directing work on larger and more complex initiatives and overseeing work by others on medium to large initiatives. Meets with business to set priorities for resources and communicates with business customers to ensure business needs are met. The Lead Business Analyst typically drives or heavily influences business process change and manages multiple process improvement projects. Manages Portfolio of IT Applications in several process areas. Working with business customers, develops Systems Strategy plans. Supervises others; allocates and monitors work, coordinates similar activities within a functional area. Interprets and applies directions originating at a higher level. Position may require availability outside of normal working hours and beyond a normal work week of 40 hours. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a Business related field and 8+ years of experience in a related field which includes experience in management or 8+ years of IT Business Process or Development management experience. Should have extensive direct experience in process field of specialization and extensive business process experience and a deep understanding of the end to end process chain.
