Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assignment of service jobs to WMF Field Crews
  • Sequencing of workorder execution (based upon business rules and criteria)
  • Prioritization of incoming work requests
  • Creation of notifications and workorders
  • Consistency and Quality of notification data captured. (standardized)
  • Consistency and Quality of workorder closeout data captured. (standardized)
  • Collects and records lifecycle data of work executed to measure productivity.
  • Capture materials used for each workorder executed.
  • Manage WMF workorder backlog.
  • Provide feedback to WMF Logistics Specialist
  • Use of SAP & EBS to:
    • Create maintenance notifications and work orders
    • Enter corrective actions into notifications and work orders
    • Charge materials to work orders
    • Charge contractor labor hours to work orders
    • Close out work orders
    • Quality close out of performance standards
    • Close out COS exceptions
  • Use of Business Rules and Maps to:
    • Prioritize open work orders
    • Create daily schedule for contracted crews
    • Communicate with contracted crews throughout the day to verify job completion, materials used and next assignment
    • Drive improvements to value streams

Experience/Skills

  • Industrial / Oilfield experience / Office
  • Dispatch experience (1 or more years) · SAP and CMMS
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and tools · Strong verbal communications skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP)
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment

Education/Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
