MI Fluids Plant Operator ** MUST LIVE IN ALASKA**
The MI Fluids Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports bulk plant operations by preparing, handling, and delivering fluid products to wellsites while maintaining strict quality control and compliance with company, regulatory, and HSE standards.
The Plant Operator proactively identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work (SW) practices, and manages operational risk. This position also supports the training and development of Operators and trainees and plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized bulk plant facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs and customer requirements.
Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading to ensure accuracy.
Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and product integrity.
Coordinate the movement of bulk products to and from locations in collaboration with the PSD and Logistics teams.
Complete daily paperwork and assist with monthly inventory for materials received and shipped.
Label, store, and handle additives safely, and ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails.
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on bulk plant equipment, ensuring the facility remains clean and orderly.
Participate in job risk analysis, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Consistently wear required PPE and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
